What we've been working on... RealtimeCRM Mar 2021 Update
We’re always looking for ways to make RealtimeCRM work better for you. One thing we’ve heard time and time again from our users is wanting to quickly and easily find what they’re looking for, not being able to is really frustrating.
We listened, and we’ve been busy overhauling search inside RealtimeCRM.
Why our new search is awesome!
Our new search is more powerful and more useful, search queries that were previously not possible can now be done. We’ve added the ability to search for partial words and to sort by relevancy, this makes search feel faster but also allows greater flexibility.
Let’s run through an example, we’ve got a contact named

francos b acon. Here’s how our old search worked:

Jeff Bezos but our search query is going to be even worse, we’re going to use the query
je be2m os. Here’s how our new search handles it:
The new RealtimeCRM Search:
By searching using relevance we’ve made RealtimeCRM much more powerful and much more useful for you. We hope this new and improved search makes life easier for you, and if there are other improvements you’d like to see in RealtimeCRM just leave us feedback, it’s really easy to do, just click your username and in the drop down menu click the “Give Feedback” link.
