In this article we’re going to cover what we’ve been working on over the last couple of months. We’ve made it much easier to add the same task to multiple Opportunities, we’ve made improvements to the Opportunity Pipeline so you can see which deals need to be acted on urgently as they approach their estimated close date and other improvements to make managing your contacts a whole lot easier in RealtimeCRM.

Create a Task for multiple Opportunities

Need a way to apply one task to multiple Opportunities? We hear it over and over again where a user has multiple opportunities with the same customer that they need to track individually but they don’t want to go through adding the same task to each one in turn. That’s why we’ve added the ability to create tasks for multiple Opportunities.

It’s pretty simple, just select the Opportunities you want and then set the task details up and it will be duplicated across the opportunities.

Opportunity Pipeline now shows urgency

It’s awesome having lots of opportunities in your sales pipeline but it can be hard to keep track of which ones you need to deal with urgently.

That’s why we’ve created the urgency metric, basically urgency is defined as the time until the estimated close time of an opportunity.

The further you are from the Opportunity close date the more transparent its bubble in the Opportunity pipeline, the bubble starts to increase in opacity (get darker) with 30 days to go to the estimated close date, in this way you can quickly scan your pipeline to see which deals need to be dealt with to stop them going cold.

Improvements to Opportunity tracking

We’ve made some improvements to the Opportunity tracking in RealtimeCRM. Your Opportunities Overview widget on your dashboard can now tell you how many days your opportunities sit at each stage of your pipeline.

This allows you to see where you can improve and cut down your lead time and convert more leads more efficiently.

Sync your Calendar with your Scheduler Appointments

RealtimeCRM allows you to sync your appointments to your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar that allows you to subscribe by URL.
