Accessing RealtimeCRM notifications

All of our RealtimeCRM Users have access to notifications. You’ll receive updates on changes or new features as well as opportunities to receive training on RealtimeCRM with us or other User-specific updates.

Simply click on the bell symbol on the top right and then click on any of the notifications in the drop-down list to expand them and get more details.

To show more notifications simply click ‘Show more’ and to shorten the list of notifications simply click ‘Show less’. If you think your list of notifications is becoming too cluttered then you clear it by clicking ‘Clear All’.
