Change and update payment details


You can change your card details inside RealtimeCRM in a few easy steps. Please note though that you must be a system administrator in order to update your card information.

Changing your card details

  • Click on your Username in the top right corner and from the drop-down menu select Settings
  • You will then be taken to your ‘My Profile’ page, from there click the ‘Billing’ panel
  • Once on the Billing page you will see your current payment profile, similar to the screenshot below

  • You should then click the  Update card details button which will open the following dialog box

  • You should then enter your new card details and click the Update button and your new card details will be saved in RealtimeCRM
