Giving feedback to the RealtimeCRM team

From the beginning, our ethos has been to listen to our customers and evolve with them. After all, it is our customers who inform the development of RealtimeCRM. So we are always eager to hear from you, whether it be about new features you’d like to see in the future or a bug you’ve spotted let us know by using our Give feedback tool.

How to submit your feedback

  • From the Dashboard, click on your Username in the top right corner of the page
  • This will make a drop-down appear please click ‘Give Feedback’
  • This will open a dialogue box, where you can then enter your feedback.
  • Once you have finished writing your feedback, simply click Submit and it will be sent off to us

What happens once I have submitted my feedback?

Once you have submitted your feedback to us, it will be picked up by one of the RealtimeCRM team members. As the feedback has been sent from your account we will be able to see who has sent it.

Once the feedback has been received by a team member, it is then added into our system and will be discussed by management and the developers. Whether the feedback is to report an issue or to offer suggested improvements, rest assured it will be seen and discussed. Although we will not always be able to act upon all feedback we will always do our best to find a way to assist you.
