How to add a Task to multiple Opportunities
Need a way to apply one task to multiple Opportunities? We hear it over and over again where a user has multiple opportunities with the same customer that they need to track individually but they don’t want to go through adding the same task to each one in turn. That’s why we’ve added the ability to create tasks for multiple Opportunities.
It’s pretty simple, just select the Opportunities you want and then set the task details up and it will be duplicated across the selected opportunities.
Creating a Task for multiple Opportunities
- Select the Opportunities panel from the left hand side
- Select the Opportunities you want to create the Task for
- Click on ‘Manage selected Tasks’ and from the dropdown menu select ‘Create a task for these records’
- The Create a Task window will open. Simply set up the new Task and then click ‘Create’ when finished
