How to log into RealtimeCRM as a new user

Thanks for choosing RealtimeCRM, if your company has already signed up to RealtimeCRM then to enable you to log into the system you first need to be set up with a User account. To enable you to receive a User account you need to ask your system administrator who first signed up to RealtimeCRM to add you as a new User.

Whoever this person (System Administrator) is at your company will then create your new User account, the process to which is described in the help article below:

How do I add a new User?

Up to this point you do not have to do anything other than ask your System Administrator to set up your User account, once your new user account has been set up by the System Administrator you should receive an email in your inbox with a link to log into RealtimeCRM which will then ask you to create a new password. The email will look something like this:

Once you click the link in the email a new tab will open and a dialog box asking you to enter your new account’s password will appear. Enter whatever password you desire noting that it must be at least 6 characters long and then from now on that will be your RealtimeCRM user account password.

You have now completed the sign up process and can begin to use all the features of RealtimeCRM. To log into RealtimeCRM from now on either go to which will take you to the login page or on the RealtimeCRM website click the button on the top right Log In which will also take you to the login page.
