Using Team Chat
RealtimeCRM includes instant messaging with Team Chat enabling you to quickly communicate with members of your team. Simply click the ‘Team Chat’ button on the top bar and then select the person you wish to speak with. If they have the green light symbol next to their name it means they are online.
In order for a member of your team to appear in the Team Chat list they must be added as a User to RealtimeCRM first. You can access Team Chat from anywhere within the system.
