As a caring sales manager you will want to make sure that you look after all of your clients. However, you might want to put just a little more effort into those clients that have spent the most with your business. Through dilligent recording of sales opportunities and project values you can easily produce an ordered list of clients that have spent the most money with your company.

Accessing the Client Income report

To access the Client Income report you should click on the Reports option in the left hand menu and then select the Management report type in the dropdown menu. If you do not see either the menu item or that option then you do not have the correct administrator permissions. You can find out more about administrator permissions here.

The report is very straight forward in display and will appear as a list of clients - both Company and Contacts - shown in descending order of total sale value.

When calculating the sale value RealtimeCRM take into account the value for any won opportunities (where no project was created) and the value of projects that are open for each company and contact.

To make sure you get the best results from this report make sure that you keep the Opportunity and Project values up to date.
