The Company Activity Report

There may be a requirement in your business for regular reporting across the business. Whether it’s an all-hands-meeting or a focused sales or marketing meeting it’s good to have the facts at your fingertips. Often it’s difficult to recall what has been done in the last quarter which means you might miss out on delivering an import update to the team.

Fortunately, you can rely on RealtimeCRM to provide you with a useful report which gives you detail on what has been done during the last 90 days. The Company Activity Report is something that can be looked at on an ad-hoc basis or generated ahead of a team meeting.

Accessing the Company Activity report

To access the Company Activity report you should click on the Reports option in the left hand menu and then select the Company report type in the dropdown menu. If you do not see either the menu item or that option then you do not have the correct administrator permissions. You can find out more about administrator permissions here. You will need the permission to view Company data as well as rights to view Reports.

The report is straight forward and simply lists all Companies that have had any activity within the last 90 days. Each entry is further broken down into the entity type. This might be the title of a Project that you are working on with that Company or an Opportunity that is in the pipeline. For each of those, entries from the Activity Timeline are shown in reverse chronological order.

Generating this report is an ideal way for you to benefit from keeping your RealtimeCRM system up to date through Activity timeline entries.
